Overview

Nestled in the vibrant community of Verde Heights Subdivision, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, But First, Coffee (BFC) - Gaya Gaya SJDM stands out as a cozy coffee haven for both casual drinkers and devoted coffee lovers. This local coffee shop excels in offering a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes, from rich brewed coffees to indulgent iced beverages that brighten up any day.

The core attraction here lies in their expertly crafted coffee selections. Their Classic Brewed Coffee strikes a perfect balance of freshly brewed richness with just the right touch of white sugar, delivering a smooth and satisfying experience. For those who enjoy more layered flavors, the availability of caramel and hazelnut concentrates is a welcome luxury, providing a sweet and nutty dimension to the coffee ritual. The Vietnamese Style Coffee stands out as a bold, creamy choice—freshly brewed coffee combined with condensed milk over ice, making it an irresistible treat especially on warmer days.

What truly elevates the BFC experience are their iced specialty drinks, a refreshing escape from the usual. Options like the Iced Chocolate Coffee blend velvety chocolate with robust coffee notes, making for a decadent yet invigorating beverage. The Iced Brown Sugar Milk and Iced Brown Sugar Coffee showcase the trend of balancing creamy textures with caramelized sweetness, appealing to modern palates that crave both richness and subtle sweetness. For a fruity twist, the Iced Strawberry Milk offers a delightful harmony of fresh strawberry flavor with creamy milk, perfect for those seeking something lighter but still flavorful.

The food pairings at BFC, though simple, complement the drinks beautifully. The plain Danish pastry, with its delicate balance of sweetness and light creaminess from crème patissiere, is an elegant choice for a quick snack or breakfast bite. Its understated flavor allows the coffee's nuances to shine without overpowering.

BFC’s location in a residential subdivision gives it a welcoming neighborhood charm that invites community members, students, and remote workers to settle in for a moment of calm or casual catch-up. The space likely reflects a laid-back yet efficient atmosphere, ideal for those who want to enjoy quality coffee without the rush, whether meeting friends or taking a well-deserved break from their busy routines.

But First, Coffee (BFC) - Gaya Gaya SJDM offers more than just coffee; it creates moments of comfort, refreshment, and connection. It’s a destination where the love for good coffee meets the desire for simple, well-executed treats in a setting that feels like a local secret worth sharing.

Staff can be more accommodating and increase their customer service skills. It would give coziness to the place if they will add an Aircon unit to fully control temperature specially on summer
